It is a mental & a physical pain, I can understand, falling in love and then having to get out of it can feel like eternal. That it will never end, that it will always feel like we will remain hurt & empty.

It will take a lot of time to recover, but you will definitely recover. You will feel better with time.

Just give yourself time and don’t think about what happened

Everyone has their own way of dealing with pain. Being busy is the best way to move ahead. find a hobby, learn a new language, go on a long trip. You will find peace in learning something new. with peace, you will come in term with the loss you went through. only then will you be able move ahead.

Dear, it’s a hormonal reaction. The love hormone – oxytoxin makes one feel good when in love. When a break up occurs, brain releases stress hormone – cortisol. This can literally cause can cause acne, loss of appetite, and sore muscles. Your body and mind will take time to come to terms with this situation. Meanwhile it is highly recommended that you take up some physical activity, like playing a sport or dancing or gymming. This will lower the stress hormones and make you feel better.
    Hope you feel good soon.
Do feel free to connect with me if you want to talk or want any advice.

Every new experience is a phase, You fell in love, you were excited, then you settled into a routine and got comfortable. It will be the same process now, you will settle into your new routine and learn to live in it. It’s difficult, but not uncommon. Wish you strength.

Finding love is the luckiest thing in world. If this person loves you back, its heavenly. But you should not force love on anyone. If she has decided to move on, please respect her wishes, and though you keep loving her, you have to come to terms that she will never be yours.
