Last week my bro proposed to her, but she went away without replying. 2 days later she messaged that she will only marry if my bro gets a GOvt job, This is a shock to all of us, since we all know and like the girl. My bro has never wanted to join any Govt office. He was crying on me last night. What dO I do?

I and my wife keep fighting all the time. Literally all time. We are married for 3 years and do not have child. We are both working, so we hardly get any time together, morning is rushed due to getting ready for office, we come home late night. Then as we have dinner, we start fighting on something, then she goes to sleep in another room, this is how last 6-7 months have been. I don’t know if i even love her. Should I think of separation?
