I really would suggest going to a psychologist to understand the basis of your fears and how to overcome those.
You being gay is something you will have to proudly own up to, take the step towards a better open life Dear.
Be confident in who your are and ask your boyfriend to not force you until your are ready.
Take your time! Tell your parents about it because this who your are and own it with confidence.
