Is it okay if you and your partner occasionally sleep in different rooms so you can both get more rest? I sometimes go to sleep in another room, but a friend said that this will increase problem between us, and hubby will stop loving me.

Yes, lot of times and I don’t think there is anything wrong in it. As a married couple also you need some space and I think of it is a therapeutic act and everyone should do it every now and then.
I love this question! Would you believe that a friend of mine was discussing this same thing in our group last week.
So, his dilemma was that he snores, and this obviously used to disturb his wife. And she ended up not getting restful sleep and would remain annoyed the entire next day.
So, this was putting strain on their marital life bigtime.
Out of sheer annoyance, she started sleeping in a different room.
Suddenly their relationship improved!
Beat that…
I mean a relationship is about coming home, about relaxing with your partner, if you cant even do that, how would you be happy?
Sleep whereever you want man, just be happy!
Peace and loveβοΈ
Me and my husband were sleeping in different rooms when he cheated on me a few months back. Then finally we took help, went on a vacation. Came back much healed.
Now we sleep in same room, and it has helped me gain trust back. I think sleeping together really helps as through the day you both are busy. you can finally relax with each other.
Everybody needs space at one point in time. So even if a couple is sleeping separately it is fair for sure.
